Disneyland Paris Character Dining: options and conditions

Character Dining can be a special part of your trip, but the restaurants have different formats and access rules. Choose by session, eligibility and menu before searching for a table.

Options inside the parks

Auberge de Cendrillon offers table service in Fantasyland; The Regal View Restaurant is in Disney Adventure World. Disney’s page advertises Princess dining at both, according to available sessions. Check the actual menu and session; do not book expecting a guaranteed individual Character.

Dining inside a park requires valid admission to that park. Auberge breakfast during Extra Magic Time is for Disney Hotel Guests and Gold Disneyland Passholders only. Do not apply that rule to every session or restaurant.

02

Options at Disneyland Hotel

Royal Banquet is a buffet with Mickey and friends; official help says lunch and dinner are open to all, subject to booking and availability. La Table de Lumière offers table service with royal Disney Characters and dinner exclusively for Disneyland Hotel residents.

A different Disney Hotel does not make you a Disneyland Hotel resident. Confirm eligibility before creating a La Table de Lumière alert. Compare buffet and served menu prices, drinks and the time you want to allow.

03

Meal Plans, extras and table bookings

Disney lists Character experiences in certain Extra Plus, Premium or Royal plans, with voucher and availability conditions. Do not assume any plan covers every session; read your package vouchers and any supplements.

The official page explicitly says a plan including Characters does not guarantee a table. Book early from Disney Hotel confirmation, or up to two months ahead without a Disney stay when the experience permits access.

The official page announces a new Meal Plan range for stays from 1 April 2027. For trips from that date, check the conditions for your stay; do not automatically carry over names, vouchers or inclusions from the previous range.

04

Checks before confirmation

Disney warns that Characters, appearance times and menus can change without notice. A themed restaurant is not automatically Character Dining: Rémy in a bistro’s name or Marvel in a hotel does not guarantee a table visit.

  • The actual session: breakfast, lunch or dinner.
  • Park admission, stay type and eligibility.
  • Menu, adult and child prices, drinks and Meal Plan coverage.
  • Children’s comfort around Characters and enough time to enjoy the meal.

Your questions answered

Can I choose which Character will visit my table?

A specific Character is not guaranteed. Disney says appearances and Characters may vary; choose the experience accepting that condition.

Is Bistrot Chez Rémy Character Dining?

The directory classifies it as table service, not Character Dining. It is a Ratatouille-themed restaurant and does not promise an encounter with Rémy.
